You've done it! But now you'll want a 180 x 360 pan and tilt camera mount for your tripod, so you can get repeatably seamless photospheres every time. Once all targets have been shot, the app will automatically begin processing all the images into a distorted 180 x 360 equi-rectangular image. You will take a shot every 30 degrees or so. Hold the camera steady until a frame of the scene appears. Adjust the camera angle so the blue dot is centered inside the circle. Hold your device vertically, close to your body. Swipe to the right and touch Photo Sphere. The only thing you cannot do is upload the Photosphere from the app. Open the Google Camera app on your device. Here is the TL DR: For Android devices, you can still use the Street View app to create Photospheres. I have found moving to the right to works best. If you have a Samsung phone, you can use the stock camera app, by downloading a camera mode called Surround Shot. Google Camera is free for android, on the Google Play app store, and is available for iOS, as well. While it is possible to use fish eye lenses on expensive cameras and stitch together photos, on professional photo editing software packages, I would highly recommend starting off using your phone and letting the camera app do all the work for you. What viewer app do you use Googles docs mention the 'equirect-pano' format, but I dont see any documentation on that at this time.
